As I had only 4hrs sleep,went to bed again and up at 8-45am. Got ready,had Orange for bfast,back at desk at 9-15am,Checcked & replied emails,face books bday wishes and then restarted on tax return completion,data entry. Break at 1030am,for strawberrys,cottage cream and small serial, back at desk,to complete tax return. Lunch at 12-00noon,with daughter and grand daughter, bowl of salad & 2 slices of very tasty home made pizza by my daughter, bck at desk and completed ,checked and rechecked,'
Finally efiled the tax return at 3-30pm.Then to gym,25 mts walk & 25 mts back, and 45 minutes at gym,
Lateral pull down-70lbs-12 reps, 2 pulley row, 70 lbs-12 reps, Back bening,flexion and crunches -36 nos x 3, the tread mill, 12 mts 15 % grade and speed 3.5mph-Back home,shower and ready for bday dinner with family at 6-30pm-Menu gul polis,with ghee, batata bhaji,rice, sade varan,koshimbir- a very tasty meal with family. After helping clean up, got dressed to leave at 7-15pm for attending the performance of "WiLLI WONKA" at berry center auditorium, Mihir Kulkatni,gauri kUlkarni's son, had participated.how started at 8-00pm ,a nd finished at 10-30pm and back home.
Then cake cutting and enjoying the cake by all. And now back at my desk..checked emails, face book comments and replied to each one.
There wer 30 face book bday wishes messages, 10 emails, and text messges. My family in oMaha called and spoke with them, so also family in Melbourne (Australia)called .
Now time is 11-51pm of 18th March,2011 and my bday day ends in few minutes.
So had a wonderful, but very hectic and busy ,which I fully enjoyed. Good night
